There are 3 main companies that can expect this kind of transformation, between $ 1,500 - $ 5,000 depending on options and pay for colors that you choose. These companies are:
Luxury Bath 1)
2) Re-Bath
3) Bath Fitter

Luxury Bath is the highest quality, long time. It also has a product called Microban. Microban is an antimicrobial that kills mold and mildew. If even with the best warranty. www.luxurybath.com

Re-Bath would be my second choice. The reason is that, like a bath of luxury with one piece "dog leg" (The surface of the wall opposite the tub. The dog leg goes from the top of the tub rail to the ground.)

The reason I would not recommend Bath fitter is because the dog's leg. This area is more prone to leaks and piece together here.

For other options are

1) go and start over
Ceramics 2)
3) Re-glazing

For the rest you need a tank in fiberglass, which is very porous, making it very difficult to use tor to clean. (Read for this, thinking how nice your fiberglass tub is to go and rub your fingers over. It may look good but will be hot because the porous material is literally sucks to soap scum on fiberglass for cracks and known as "spongy" when you in them.

The tile is certainly interesting, but unfortunately the grout is the weak point, once all the notes, its 80% sand, sand and water, making it an ideal surface for the mold. Grout also needs maintenance once a month, but prior to maintenance, you should clean with a toothbrush.

Re-glazing is when they paint on the tub. This is more of an association if you try to sell the house, but no matter what it will be 6 months to 1 years. It is not about the walls or fixtures.

Go to Lowes or Home Depot. They are the cheapest on the net. If someone really wants to go home for a budget that is most likely but not very expensive. It is a fairly simple project, and Lowe's or Home Depot most likely to respond to the questions about this product.
