AudioGram Test? - audiogram test
A recently issued a Class II medical CPL (Commercial Pilot License), ENT (ear, nose, throat) proves that I learned that I have a slight hearing loss. I've never yrs.Once through major surgery or illness last 4-5 when I was young, I struggled for transport in bulk, was admitted to hospital, where he was 7 vials saline.
How can I fix it?

Not because of the salt, but Proly could have caused some antibiotics, which 8th nerve toxicity I am sorry to say this, but I think that cause permanent damage. You can try Vit B1 injections of B12 vitamin B6 every other day for 5-7 shots and see.
I have seen encouraging results with acupuncture in some cases of sensorineural hearing loss. If you have someone in your area, try this.
