How many time a week should a women lift light weights? - women lift carrymen fatish

I just joined a gym, and I want the fat reduction. How many times a week I lift weights and for how long? think.

Also, how often have in the week and for how long cardigan.

according to their age and weight. But heart burn fat, unless the heart minutes every day for at least 30. Day. I mean .. that only saves a lot of weight, but you must maintain your heart rate for at least 30 minutes. one days .. U will be surprised how much weight to lose.

That depends, can u lift weights every day, but to do or ur body parts per day. Ex: legs and arms one day the next day.
If ur light weightlifting can not rehearse too much. Ex: 2 sets of 20 repetitions. I heart every day, but like 15 minutes on a treadmill or elliptical.
