It depends on your daily calories. The current RDA of these macronutrients is presented in general as a percentage of total calories during the day. Normally, the fundamentals USDA 2000 or 2500 calories.

Carbohydrates should represent 45% - 65% of daily energy intake) (calories.

Fat intake should be between 20% and 35% of calories. Not more than 10% should come from saturated fat. You should try to avoid trans fats altogether.
